Gitmo Trouble Continues

George Bush’s gulag has a peculiar set of rules. They do America proud: defendants are not allowed to attend their own trials, they are not allowed to see the evidence against them [it’s secret!], and now they have to hand over their legal strategy notes to the government. This is so bad it is beyond comment. Attorney/client privilege does not give Bush all the totalitarian power he needs, so he just junks it.
