NSA Gets Worse

It is a sad day when the government of the “Land of the Free” argues that a judge should drop a case because to continue will harm the security of the country. Well now. So much for checks and balances. And so much for judicial process. Hey throw out the constitution. We all should sit back and let big brother protect us from everything. Including ourselves.

This is sick. The Administration is repulsively anti-democratic. Land of the free? Not on Bush’s watch.
